False advertising and **************

They advertise that they cover people with HIV and Diabetes. I am diabetic and had lost a limb. Just because i had lost a limb they say they will not cover me. So why do they not then advertise that they do not cover disabled people with diabetes. So if i had HIV and was now suffering form TB would they also not cover me. I personally feel it is ************** and false advertising and would like a explanation as to what the difference is and why they won't cover me.
