Every year Alllife checks on my blood work and results, then a consultant will phone for a policy update, which today Nelisiwe called me. Her service was fantastic, tone of voice and encouragement was superb. She encouraged me to keep up with taking my meds and taking care of myself, it's like she understands my struggles.
