Delay Payment
I must say I am really disappointed with how my query is being handles. A person needs to complain 1st before their claim can be taken into consideration. It's so easy for you guys to debit the accounts on a monthly basis and on time but when it comes to paying out the claim, it becomes a problem. Can I please be given the reinsurer company name so that we can make them trend. I am going to advice people to really think twice before taking this policy. You cannot tell me that it takes more than 2months to PAYOUT a policy
