Debit reversal

l took apolicy with All life last month in April the 13th.Upon opening the lady who helped failed to openthe policy with my business acc so she said l can alternatively ise another acc then change later on. Seeing its nearing monthend nd there is no call from them l then sent an email to cancel the debit order from the alternative acc ,l kpet on getting a msg that says a consultant will call me. Tben yesterday the debit order went off from a savings acc for my child. l called the custoner service today the lady who helped me again said she will get back to me around 1 ....l have been waiting evver since. Now l want a reversal becoz u debited while lsent u an email saying do not debit.
