Customer service is Pathetic !!!

I have never seen such pathetic service ever before ! This Company they just lie and give empty promises. All I wanted was information on my policy and their banking details .

They will frustrate you until you give up on calling them .i just get stressed just thinking about the fact that I won’t even be around when my family have to put a claim...

I’m not even sure if taking policy with them is worth it ...
