Complain about all life insurance

My mother died. I tried to claim from her life cover. They told me she never submitted the blood tests. I tried to claim back her premiums. They still refused. I think guys please keep the policy schedule safe. Request copies of blood tests and date of submission safe because we seen complaints about this insurance companies.
