Cancelled policy still debiting my account

I had a cover with Alllife, but in 5 April 2022, I sent an email cancelling my policy with they, because I couldn't afford it anymore, but this month they debited my account with the premium I thought I cancelled, and I can't even reverse it, and I have been sending them emails asking about this and they don't reply to my mails for answering
