Cancellation of policy

I have emailed alllife on the 29th of February to cancel my life cover since I am currently unemployed. Till this day 2 months later I haven't had a response and they keep deducting funds in my account worse even now during this pandemic when we have no means of getting jobs because of lockdown when I have already informed them more than 30days of the cancellation period.
