Breach of agreement

I called and spoke to two people for my December debit to go off on my normal date, as per their email. Both parties confirmed I would not be debited early. They then proceeded to take the last money from my account, meant to but Xmas food for my kids, today instead of the agreement. I want my money today or I go to social media. This is a breach of our agreement and I am not happy.
