Bad Service from All life insurance.

I was contacted by a consultant from all life as I was offered R25000 from the Automobile association for FREE for 12 Months. I received a call from a consultant from All life asking a few questions " I.D, Home Address. All I asked was what it is going to cost me and I was informed the I can extend the policy after 12 Months at a cost of R160 per month. I have been trying to contact All Life for the past 8 hours and nobody answers the phones. I have even contacted the AA and they stated it is a free policy for 12 Months. I think this is a ***** case that needs to be opened.
