Annoyed unhappy customer

Poor pathetic service and lack of communication. they sent me a message giving me the choice to debit my account on the 18th or my regular normal date. I chose to be debited on the normal date. But they still debited my account on the 18th Dec 2020.

I do not earn a regular basic salary. I earn commission only. My commission is paid on various different dates.

I sent several emails, but nobody from ALL-LIFE has contacted me in anyway.

I am strongly considering to CANCEL my policy.
