AllLife Insurance *****S MONEY!!!!

I have been trying to get in contact with someone who can help me! We took out a life insurance on my mother, 5 months ago, but the policy was rejected. I did however, pay 3 months' in premiums, which I was told would be refunded, but I have had no contact or heard from anyone in 2 months! If I did not contact THEM I would not even have KNOWN. This is a terrible insurance company and would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!
