AllLife Diabetic ********!!!

AllLife, nothing but a ****!!! I've posted previous reviews regards to AllLife being nothing but ******** ******** people and since then, NO representative from AllLife followed-up on the reviews. AllLife uses strategic advertising to target HIV/Aids and Diabetics to promote ****, misleading life insurance. Offering life insurance to people living with HIV and Diabetes, please see website @ www.alllife.co.za theres 2 insurance options... please see all online ads from AllLife, it's either about HIV or Diabetes but when submitting a claim IT'S ALWAYS REJECTED DUE TO NON-DISCLOSURE INFRINGEMENTS OF THEIR TERMS!!! HOW??? when joining AllLife YOU are expecting insurance for HIV or Diabetes and people don't even care about it because they think it's insurance for people living with HIV or Diabetes and again it's the ONLY 2 OPTIONS AllLife offers. minimum medical questions and requirements and when submitting a claim it's REJECTED based on medical conditions (HIV or Diabetes). When claiming its ALWAYS blood sugar levels are too high, or because the deceased was HIV positive or something, they ALWAYS have something!!! My mother was Diabetic type 2, after she passed AllLife told us our claim is rejected because MY MOTHER WAS RECEIVING TREATMENTS FOR DIABETES?!!! ***!!!!???????? The Claims department supervisor even laughed while talking to her on the phone, she was rude, unsympathetic, didn't want to investigate or follow up on any of our claims. They don't even send proof of agreements or contracts NO PAPER WORK for the member or families I, we, lost a mother at the age of 46... a grandmother, a sister, someone's child. Didn't have any financial support for her funeral. After her cremation I still had to wait 5 months before receiving her ashes because of no means to settle the account in full... HOW TRAUMATIC AND PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS it caused AND THAT F@#*NG LADY LAUGHED WHILE TALKING TO HER, a grown adult crying his heart out AND SHE LAUGHED?! MRS. ESME / EMSE THE MANAGER OR CLAIMS SUPERVISOR LAUGHS?? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE of AllLife. YOUR CLAIM WILL NEVER BE PAID. It's nothing more than just a ****!!! Strategic "wording" and SNEAKY CONSULTANTS set new STANDARDS for ********, they set the bar high... because they always win. PLEASE PEOPLE take this advice and run when AllLife phones. ITS A ****!!!!
