AllLife - appalling disability cover

I had an appalling claims experience after beeing misled and miss guided by an inexperienced consaltant that cauawd my disability claim to be repudiated aa my blindness caused by glaucoma an illness associated with diabetes can't be coverd, i am now partialy blind & my Alllife Life & disability cover refuses to payout. I am now disabled and unable to work.
