All life sucker for your money, I would not recommend anyone to even join them

I have submitted a claim as mom passed away November 2020, paid for medical reports as requested by All life.. Then to be told that the claim is rejected cause my mom had a pre-existing condition which we all never knew about. My mom was diabetic and she has been hospitalized for that in 2020,saddenly my mom didn't make it and the report came that she had kidney disease. They won't even give a cent since we have been paying the policy since, All life has also sent my mom for medical testing and it came back that all is well in which they even said the monthly payments would be lowered. SHOULD THEIR TESTING NOT HAVE SEEN THAT MY MOM HAD A CONDITION????? The negligence of Government Somerset Hospital who never even mentioned that my mom had a 2 chronic illnesses is now messing up my future to even build a better life for myself with money left behind for her only daughter.
