Despite my hesitancy in providing the required info which would confirm my identity, she remained patient, professional and she confirmed having received my updated test results. She was also encouraging without any judgement in her tone. People like her, are needed and appreciated by people like me /my health issues. It is nog easy making cold calls, but she was a natural.
