All life misleading advertising

After applying for insurance on the 7th November 2022 I was told today that my application was unsuccessful 4 months later. They are prepared to offer me a Chronic plan that basically is not a life cover but an accident cover. They continue to advertise that no matter your situation you will get cover as the TV advert is very clear. Then you sign up and start paying, waiting for them to give you feedback on when the medical should be 1 month later then a month goes by and I phone again only to find out I need to go for some tests. Then another month wait only to find out I don't qualify. Soon have paid R3000 for three months life cover that is now no longer valid. A sure way of making money, drag you along and guarantee life cover until you no longer qualify and then you forgo that money. I have asked for a rebate but will see what is going to happen. Very disappointed with the way they lead you on only to take your money
