All life has the most terrible service in the world. I urge you do not take any cover out from them they rip people off. I have been trying to cancel my cover with them they have been debiting from my account. Yet they also never sent me any documentation since the cover started. I will be going to the ombudsman this is *****. I have proof that my account has been debited I spoke to Naseer who took out my cover and when I wanted to cancel he is never available. Yet no one else is willing to help me.
