All Life is a klomp ***** krooks

These people are a bunch of ***** krooks. Last year I app**** for life insurance from all Life, a very nice gentleman from All Life phoned me and we did the application. We discussed my pre-existing conditions as well as my weight was asked and recorded. a was given a quote which I excepted and my first debit order went off. They then phoned me and asked me to go for blood tests. When I got to the lab nobody knew what bloods needed to be done, even the sms that I received did not mention what I needed to be tested for. After about an hour the lab did test. Today the underwriting division phoned me to inform me that they are not able to ensure me or rather to fully insure me because of my weight.......... NO WHERE did ANYBODY EVER mention to me that my weight was going to be an issue. I asked then to refund me as according to them they could not fully cover me. I had a heated discussion with the lady who eventually put the phone down in my ear, as I requested a MANAGER to phone me whereby she responded that I had to phone the complaints department, so now I have to spend more money running after them. Yes I am overweight, but have NO MEDICAL CONDITIONS. I am not a diabetic, do not have HIV, I am not on any chronic condition or am on chronic medication. But because of my weight they cannot cover me in full. NOT ONCE WAS IT MENTIONED TO ME THAT MY WEIGHT MIGHT BE A PROBLEM. I wanted a refund and now its going take 30 days plus. I want a manager to phone me and the phone was put down in my ear. I am not impressed
