All Life insurance lengthy and frustrating processes

<p>my late father had a life cover policy number DM ********** 2 that was supposed to be paid out about a month ago, till to date All life insurance hasn’t paid. now my mother is evicted in the house they were renting and the car that my father left was rent to own. the policy that he left for her is enough to buy her a home and pay off the car. all life insurance keeps promising every week that the money will be paid in the following week, we are now very frustrated and afraid that the car will be reposed as well. they always promise to call back. one of the managers in the Braamfontein offices promised that the money will be paid in last week already even to date. my mother called him today 30 May 2017 only to find out that he is apparently on leave for the whole week, she spoke a lady named Lerato who promised to call back between 1pm and 2pm and never phoned. when she called the offices after 2pm no one answered the phone. my mother has been to their offices several times travelling from Pretoria to Braamfontein we have exhausted our finances trying to help her unfortunately we no longer can safe the situation my sister and i. all we request from All life is for them to pay out.</p> <p> </p>
