All Life doesn't cover clients according to original contracts

When i moved to all life 4 years agoe they quoted me 3mill cover with disabilty and dread disease, i recently goy my contract documents and i am.not coveted with the correct life cover amount nor am i covered for dread disease neitber am.i covered for temp disability, all life does false advertising and i have been asking a consultant to contact me till today no one called me. They very quick to take our money but refuse to deliver bunch of ****s and *******
