Absolute ****!

This is such a ****!!! We had a discussion on the phone with a consultant in order to open a life insurance policy with them. We provided banking details because we wanted the policy but explicitly stated that we wanted the quote first, we actually asked for TWO quotes! But we got no email communication from them an DID NOT sign any documents accepting the quotes. We got a SMS with a policy number and immediately phoned again in order to clarify that we didn't sign up yet because we did not receive the quote. The guy then says the policy will only activate on the 28th of the month and we first need to do tests anyways because the cost will increase or decrease based on those results. True as nuts we were debited the next day on the 1st! We have been in contact with two consultants in order to cancel the policy, both said we would need to do an investigation into the recorded calls before they can cancel. Both times I was told the matter would "be escalated" and I would receive communication by close of business. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!!.

Do not sign up with this insurer, if we had this much hassle with trying to close a policy I don't want to even think how difficult it would be to claim from them and how much of their 'investigations' they would need to do before they decide whether your death was valid or not. I would honestly leave zero stars if I could. Horrific service. I would like to say thank you to Keke (hope I spelled it correctly). She was the only one out of the 5 people I spoke to that was actually helpful.

If you are going to sign up with them, be VERY CAREFUL with what details you provide them on record.
