A full refund
I recently took out an insurance policy for my mother under policy number CLP***4. However, my account was debited on a date that I did not agree to, and a DebiCheck mandate was activated on my account without my prior knowledge or consent.
I kindly request a full refund of the debited amount and an immediate cancellation of this policy. Please confirm receipt of this request and provide a timeline for processing the refund and cancellation.
