Warm and welcoming agent. She explained everything to me and even went further about my 2 policies of which i had forgotten. I thought i had 1 and she reminded me about the 2nd one...a funeral cover. She also encouraged me to continue taking bloods in a correct time to keep my policy updated. Thank you Mam and All Life.
