Allegro Vacuum Cleaners

When we started building our house in March 2022, we got a quotation from different companies who fit built-in vacuum cleaners. We accepted Allegro's quotation. The piping was done on time after the foundation had been finished. However, when they needed to fit the "dustbin" for the cleaner, no "dustbin" was available. So, they gave us a temporary one which, apart from sounding like an aeroplane, didn't work. Then they fitted a second temporary one. Same story. Is it possible that, when placing an order in March 2022 and paying a deposit, we still do not have a working vacuum cleaner on the 24th of December? Absolutely pathetic service.
