Awful customer service, complete ****

I ordered two bags from Fairybags.co.za. I ordered 6 weeks ago and was told the bags would take a maximum of 15 days to arrive. I have been given delivery day after delivery day and the bags never arrive. Allison is incredibly rude and is clearly not a real vendor. When questioned Allison claimed that she is out of stock, sick or in hospital. Upon further inspection I found that others have had exactly the same experience. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and she says she will honor it but then never does. She has promised tracking numbers and I am never given them. This website and vendor is a complete **** and should be avoided.
