5 stars! I was a little cautious because the process were the lowest I've found - usually that means poor service, right? WRONG! There's a whatsapp contact number and rep**** within 20 minutes. My order was dispatched the following day and arrived the next business day. I also asked questions and the guy called me to help me with the install. As I said, 5 stars! If you need further reassurance, this retailer fulfils via Makro but you'll pay more this way.
