Rat Droppings in Allifa's Spices

I purchased a a 100g packet of Allifa's Dhaniya powder from a local spice store in Pietermaritzburg on 31 May 2019. Upon breaking the seal on Sunday 2 June 2019 and already dropping a scoop of the masala into my cooking pot I noticed what looked like rat's droppings in the masala packet. On 3 June I contacted Allifa's Spices on the the customer care number listed on the packet. The receptionist was highly unprofessional advising me that the person who handles complaints was not available. When I insisted on speaking to a manager or supervisor she advised that he would return my call. I demanded to know by when I could expect that and she responded it would be on the same day. I received a call from Trevor the Complaints Manager from a cellular number later that afternoon. He aplogised saying that he would contact me again to collect the daniya powder from me to investigate further and to arrange a refund. A week has passed and I have not heard from him nor Allifa's Spices since. Allifa's products are manufactured in questionable hygienic conditions that should be brought to the attention of consumers who support a company that does not value honest customer feedback.
