Bad quality and very bad service

It's sad to say that allies meat market in Maitland has the worst service and quality of their meat is very bad. My husband bought mixed polony yesterday and when I opened the packet it smelled sour, when I touched it, it was slimy... I took a piece and I had to literally spit it out due to the sour taste. We went back to them this morning and they argued with us that it supposed to be like that... I told them that they should open the packet and taste a piece, but they refused to do that. Eventually after 15 min going back and forth they decided to exchange it for us for steak. Oh my word, even worst... I fried it this evening and guess what... The steak was also busy going off... I couldn't believe it... This is the first time I have experienced this from Allies... I always used to buy my meat by them, but now I'm too scared. Something needs to be done about this. Thanks..
