Bad Accounting Practices

Invoicing changed as of the 1st of January 2015, I requested a statement on my account they said no they do not do statements, so I requested a recon on the account and they said no we do not do recons. Sent the head of branches an email, a recon was sent to me but it only included invoices from 28th of January, with no credit notes or payments reflecting on the recon, emailed Saviour Gabela immediately after receiving the poor excuse for a recon saying it was incomplete and all my mails since have been ignored. I IMPLORE THOSE READING THIS TO HALT PAYMENT ON YOUR ACCOUNTS AND REQUEST A RECON BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT BEING HONEST.
