Unfair business practices

Worst place ever I'm never going there anymore I ordered material online order no 20635 it took mora than 4 days without a word regarding my availability or date of delivery then I had to request a refund in which their policy says takes 5 business days , the 5 business days have passed and I'm still waiting for my refund I asked for a written Valid reason to forfeit my money but all they tell me is the manager is in a meeting and they don't respond to my calls
