Incorrect size and quality of corner beads delivered: Online order 21370 and 21263

Its been a week now since I logged a return of online order 21370 and 21263. I keep on getting promises that the manager will call me without any success. Can you please advise on the way forward on this return please.

This is also advertised as 3.6m on the website and bought it under that impression but what was delivered is wrong and 2.7m and not as advertised. The type and quality of the corner beads is not what I ordered and paid for.

Can you please assist with the way forward and on return and refund.

Please note because of the urgency of these beads. I have made an alternative with the contractor to buy the correct corner beads in Bloemfontein. So the only option now is to return and refund the incorrect beads delivered from Al**** Home.
