INCOMPLETE SHOWER DOOR SET

I bought 2 shower doors on Black Friday, 1 of the boxes with showers is missing 1 glass, there are 3 instead of 4, the other box is complete. I have been ignored on WhatsApp and when I call all I get is empty promises, and now after 2 months of being given the run around, I am being told that I broke the glass door because the delivery guys claim they delivered it complete, so in other words I am the **** here, even though I know the shower door was delivered incomplete, nothing broke, the package was sealed and when we opened it to our surprise 3 shower doors in the one box and the second box had 4. Al**** home in Olifantsfontein are proving to be a bunch of ******, I have read bad reviews about them and still I decided to give them a chance regardless of the bad reviews from people, I have been renovating my house and ordering from them until this incident where I am being accused of breaking the glass door even though it was missing, now I am stuck with an incomplete shower door which they refuse to change, and they also refuse to refund my money. If you value your money, don't go throw it away at Al**** home, they will rob you, ignore you, then lie to you then when they are tired of making you a fool, they accuse you of broking the product and there is nothing they can do about. If you do decide to buy from Al**** Home, make sure you open all your packages in front of the delivery person before you accept your items because if anything is incomplete they will not rectify their mistake instead they will just accuse you of breaking the item just so they can avoid rectifying their mistake or refunding their customers.
