Inaccurate/False information with no compensation.
Pathetic!! I ordered items online and when I entered my address for shipping it said it was FREE of charge. After I placed my order, I received a quotation from them for shipping of R1146.50. I then enquired about it and the lady I spoke to over the phone said that they only do free delivery in Gauteng, and according to her it is stated on their website, which is not the case, so she apologised and said that if I do not pay the shipping she will be forced by her manager to cancel the shipping.
