Bad quality

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the cement bench set I purchased from Al**** Home.

The quality is nowhere near what is shown in the advertised pictures. The workmanship is very poor, and my set even arrived chipped, which is unacceptable for a newly purchased product.

Another major issue is the table and pillar do not align properly. The pillar is not centred underneath the table. If you position the pillar in the centre, the two holes provided for the umbrella do not align, making the whole setup look uneven and poorly manufactured. This is clearly a workmanship/design issue that should have been checked before the product was sent out.

The customer service was equally disappointing. Their delivery information states 5–10 business days, but even on the 10th business day I had received no update. I had to WhatsApp them repeatedly just to get a response and find out what was happening with my order. Eventually, the order was delivered, but the entire experience was frustrating.

For the price paid, I expected a much better-quality product that actually matched the advertised pictures. Unfortunately, the poor workmanship, chipped pieces, misaligned table and pillar, and lack of communication have left me very disappointed.

I honestly do not recommend purchasing this cement bench set from Al**** Home. I would not purchase from them again.
