Al**** Auto - Pay back the Money

Good Day,

I had taken a loan with A**** Auto/Capital last year in March 2017. In May 2017,

The Tribunal made an order:

Declaring the Al**** Capital scheme prohibited by the Act and interdicting the continuation of the scheme; 

Directing Al**** Capital to appoint independent auditors, at its own cost, to compile a report on all consumers to identify consumers who have been overcharged interest and fees, and refund such consumers; 

Directing Al**** Capital to return to consumers all motor vehicles repossessed, and where these vehicles were sold to credit consumers; and 

Suspending the registration of Al**** Capital for a period of 18 months from the date of the order of the Tribunal.

I would need to know why has my account still been debited every month? What process can I follow to get refunded? Why has this not been communicated to the banks?

When I phone any of the company contact numbers there is no response... obviously because they dont exist anymore!!!
