Unhappy

On the 5/12/2024 I bought a door knob at their waltloo branch, when I get home my uncle was unable to install it, he couldn't unhook the handle. He took it back the following day, they couldn't unhook, he said they even Google to no vail!! They refuse to give him refund!!!!
