Poor customer experince

Poor customer experience at Al**** builders Clayville When to the store today to purchase some lawn dressing product,upon arrival I requested for assistance for service in garden department amd I was told everyone is on lunch.I then asked for assistance from security and lady at till point to get someone to assist and response was I need to wait for the people who can assist as they all taken lunch,now it never made sɛnsɛ to me for all staff personal to take lunch at the same time, there was no sɛnsɛ of willingness to assist customer I was simply brushed off and everyone that I asked for assistance moved on with their lives.I will never buy from that store again and certainly will not recommend anyone to be customer there.
