The people who run Al**** Appliance Repairs in Montana AH, have committed *****, they are guilty of false advertising and they've breached the health and safety regulations that they have stated on their own Google business site.

They pretend to be appliance repairmen they have even gotten themselves tools to make themselves more believable. When you call them they come to your house to "assess" the problem of the faulty appliance, they make you believe that they have diagnosed the problem and then tell you that certain parts are broken within the appliance and that they need to replace it. After you agree to the replacement of the parts and the repairs, they pretend to leave to get the "new parts". When they return, they wait for you to turn your back, and then they immediately start putting the appliance back together as if they have finished the task, in my case, it was a fridge. After they "finish" the job they tell you that everything is fine, your motherboard will reset and you need to wait for 30 minutes for it to start working properly. After making an excuse to beat traffic, they politely ask to settle the repairs' account and then they quickly leave.

Upon reviewing the work that they've done on the appliance, you find that nothing has been done in terms of repairs, none of the parts have been replaced and in fact, they have broken more things in the appliance. When you phone them and ask to repair the damage they've done, they give an excuse that their car has broken down and that they can't come to fix the problem, when you ask for a receipt for the replacement parts they don't answer their phone and when you try to go to the address of their business that is advertised on Google maps, you find that no such business exists at that address.

I believe that this hasn't just happened to me but many others because they have been running this **** for two years. Please don't let this happen to you.
