ALLIANZ INSURANCE BREALKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND STILL DONT PAY OUT

ALLIANZ DOES NOT REPLY TO PEOPLE WHO WRITE ON THIS PLATFORM.Having taken insurance with them I was left disappointed after my flight was cancelled due to covid 19.Yes I know they don't cover pandemics but however I needed to book a return flight to cut my journey short however on 6 attempts to call there emergency line and email them they did not pick up or the email address is wrong that's firstly the first term and condition on there policy.They refused to payout because its a pandemic but will not say its them breaching agreements from not answering there emergency line.All I got from them is a sorry our lines were working and we had higher than normal calls.Well it cost us 30k.IN actual fact I should not use allianz as in an emergency u are still fitting your own bill.well I cannot get a number for a more senior person can anyone who has one forward it to me.i would not recommend any more clients to STA FOR THIS ALLIANZ INSURANCE.
