Alliant Power - No delivery of Goods.
I ordered a Generator from Alliant Power on 11/04/2023. Since Paying 50% deposit for the Generator the delivery date was moved out twice spanning three weeks. Alliant Power has since stopped responding to my WhatsApp's and Email messages enquiring as to when to expect delivery. To Date I have no delivery and I am out of Pocket

11 May 2023, 21:38With no delivery date updated and despite paying a deposit the generator I paid for was "out of stock" so I asked for a refund 02/05/2023, as of today still no refund received 11/05/2023, happy to update this thread if refund materializes.

02 Jun 2023, 10:19 Alliant Power is either a **** or is no longer a going concern. Paid deposit 11/04/2023, as of today 02/06/2023, no generator and no refund. This company slow to respond dragging hopes out of a refund when it becomes clear that no goods will materialize by paying lip service only and finally blocks communication altogether. Ultimately the customer accepts the loss. It has been a personal bitter loss for me and I hope this spares anyone else from falling into the same pitfall.
