Paid off Debt but Alliance doesnt give you proof of paid of debt

Paid off my account but struggling to get my paid up letter from them for a long time now.

And there people is so rude and unhelp full. they are so unfriendly I have to say they are not fit to communicate with people, I wont even let Alliances People talk to my dogs because my animals gets treated with more respect
