DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

Very poor service response from management. The installer was the best person I dealt with in the company. He went out his way to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction.

But where it was out of his hands, management's response was "I must get someone else to fix it" After installation of my electric fence my gate was not opening fully. There was a cross bar from the installation that was preventing it from opening fully, causing the gate to kick back about 20cm (making the entrance to the property very tight)

A fence design that was specifically requested was not provided. 1st the response was that design is no longer being produced. Then that quickly changed to "it was not what was discussed." Now I have to different fence designs in my front yard.

There was Cement put over my paving, which is such an eye sore. This they did try to remove one day when it was raining. They said they could come back on a clearer day to see if it came out properly. But never came back, and the Cement was not all out.

The sales manager came out and saw that I was not happy the way things were going, so offered to quote me on a strip at the back of the property. The price given was a good price and I told him to send me the quote, but never heard back from him.

Very disappointed that I had to get someone in to resolve my gate issue and remove the Cement from my paving.

Thought I was dealing with a reputable company, but seems it's not Alliance Security Fencing.

I don't know what the quality of previous jobs were, but don't take a job on if you have no intentions to complete it properly!
