Disappointment

What a disappointment trying this company. They provided a quote, took my payment, have not ordered the part or attempted installation. Now they are not refunding me either and it has been 2 months. Update on my previous post about this company. I received a promise the next day that I would be refunded in 7 days. The company even went so far as to send me a proof that my payment has been loaded. Needless to say the payment has not been received. There has been no reason given, no email or call from them to try and explain and no response from the owner of the company, Justin McGarry to my contact person at Alliance Security Fencing on why this has happened. I am astounded that this company is still in business and thinks that it is acceptable to open new businesses like Alliance Energy Solutions using all of the same contact details as Alliance Security Fencing, when this is how they conduct business. Everyone associated with Alliance Security Fencing or Justin McGarry should be ashamed.
