Bad service and lost money

This business is based in Umhlanga. They are very persistent to make a sale, and promises the world to you. Once you pay a deposit to show interest they drop their client service and suddenly the system cannot do what was explained or it is in the more expensive option. I would not do business with them again and I have incurred a loss because my deposit is now forfeited.
