Very bad service I have ever received and delay updating on payments

I have been waiting for my paid up letter for the past 7 days and I was promised a call from a consultant that was handling my case and no feedback was sent or made and I keep on getting emails, sms and calls from my creditors.Very bad service from each agent that has been assisting me from being am sorry every time I raise my issues.I don’t want anything to do with the company you make your payments in full but nothing changes
