REFUSING TO HELP INLINE WITH DEBTCOUNCELING LAW

I received a call, called back held for 29min gave them my it77 letter mailed it to ***, advisor refuses to contact my debt counseling company, and states i will keep receiving calls and messages, i will instruct my debt counseling company to take this further
