Refund

Accounts paid up but debit order going off, I had two accounts that were handed over to them I settled both account but their debit order went off Iv been sending emails and calling in for a refund they have been delaying no one is willing to assist and this Is frustrating because I made sure I asked them to delete all debits on my accounts I can’t even reverse the payments as it’s an aedo transaction I’m not happy with their services Iv sent bank statements to show the amount going off still struggling to get assistance from them
