My Vodacom account has been handed over to them... Done my settlement on the 8 July 2021 and until today they won't give me a paid up letter. Asked to speak to a manager... A gentlemen called tebogo came online and was rude and arrogant saying he can't help me. The manager Monty Panther never ever returns call
