Charged R529 for a call fee after I paid up account 4 months ago

I was paying my Issabella Graccier account through Alliance group, the last conversation I had with the Co tact center agent was that I had to pay R152 outstanding amount in September 2021 and I paid later however in January 2022 I start getting emails, calls and SMS from Alliance stating that I owe R577.

When I called back from seing messages I was told it's the unpaid money. I then requested a statement and saw a charge fee of R529 written as a phone call charge fee and the other amounts are interest and charges for messages sent. Now I rep**** back on the email received in Feb 2022 that I will not pay the R529 call charge and I need a record showing that call that charges R529 however there was no answer. I will then get random SMS saying they tried to contact me regarding my account however there is no missed call in my phone (like today) everytime I get the email or SMS I call and the people say there's nothing they can do I need to pay that R529 call fee. My issue is still unresolved. The sales person who last called me told me that was the outstanding balance of R152, where does the other amount come from? And why did it take Alliance 4 months to contact me saying I owe more thag what I had paid???
